Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you keep full access for the remainder of the period you've paid for.

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you retain full access for the month you have already paid for.
